New technology that reads every detail — to find the one
The Intelligent Engine™ is a proprietary search you’ll find nowhere else. It reads the fine print on every listing, verifies the true minimum-stay term instead of guessing, and weeds out everything that doesn’t fit — so the only homes you see are the ones built for your season.
Tell us your stay
Your areas, your dates, and the minimum length you actually need.
The Engine does the digging
Our process reads every listing — fields and fine print — and verifies the real minimum-stay term. The work no other site does.
Meet only the homes that fit
Furnished, verified, and labeled by confidence — on a map you can save, compare, and share.
Done
We place you
A licensed REALTOR® concierge confirms the term and handles the lease — free to you.
A proprietary product, in two halves
Half one
Find the right furnished stay: verified minimum-stay terms, three confidence tiers, a price-pin map, stay-fit ranking, and lifestyle filters for beachfront, country club, and pet-friendly homes.
Half two
We place you in it. A licensed REALTOR® concierge confirms any unconfirmed term, answers your questions, negotiates, and handles the lease — the human layer a raw listing feed can’t provide.
How the Intelligent Engine verifies a lease term
Gather the signals
We collect every lease-term signal a listing carries — structured fields and the written remarks — not a single field.
Reconcile, don’t repeat
Our proprietary process cross-checks those signals against each other to establish the true minimum stay.
Normalize to clear bands
Minimums map to 90 / 120 / 150 / 180+ day tiers, so you filter by the stay you want.
Label the confidence
Every listing is shown and labeled. On a conflict we show a range — never a guess — and the concierge confirms it.
How to read your results — the card, explained
Every result wears its data on its sleeve. Here’s a real result — and what each element means.
Seasonal price. The in-season monthly rate when the listing carries one, otherwise the list price. The same number drives the budget filter and sort — what you see is exactly what you’re filtering on.
Confidence tier. How sure we are of the minimum stay: Verified when the signals agree, As listed when there’s one clear source, and Term not confirmed (a range we confirm for you) when data is missing or conflicting.
Fits your stay. Appears when the listing’s verified minimum is at or below the length of stay you searched — so you only see homes that take your dates.
Good value. Priced at least 20% below the median for that city and bedroom count — a data-backed signal, not a sales label.
Lifestyle tags. Beach area marks homes inside our coastal geofence; Country club marks homes inside a verified club community boundary; Pets marks listings that allow them. Each is derived from the listing’s own data, never assumed.
Availability & source. The date the home is free, and full BeachesMLS attribution — every listing links back to its source.
Save → send to concierge. Add a home to your shortlist; a licensed concierge then confirms terms and arranges viewings.
Share. Send a single listing to a partner or your concierge in one tap.
Print one-pager. Generate a clean, printable summary of the home to take offline.
Add to compare. Line up several homes side by side — verified terms, price, and stay-fit at a glance.
The three confidence tiers
Verified
The structured field and the remarks agree. “Verified: 90-day minimum.”
As listed
One clear source. “~120-day minimum (as listed).”
Term not confirmed
Missing or conflicting. The listing still appears — our concierge confirms it for you.
Why it’s different from every other site
Frequently asked questions
What is The Seasonal King’s Intelligent Engine?
The Intelligent Engine is The Seasonal King’s proprietary search-and-placement tool for furnished seasonal rentals in South Florida. It verifies the minimum-stay term on every listing, labels how confident we are (Verified, As listed, or Term not confirmed), and pairs the search with a licensed concierge who confirms terms and handles the lease.
How does the Intelligent Engine verify lease terms?
It collects every lease-term signal a listing carries — structured fields and the written remarks — and reconciles them through a proprietary process to establish the true minimum stay. It then labels each listing Verified when the signals agree, As listed when one clear source exists, and Term not confirmed (shown as a range, never a guess) when data is missing or conflicting.
Are all the seasonal rentals furnished?
Yes. The Intelligent Engine shows only fully-furnished units, because seasonal renters expect a turnkey home. Listings marked unfurnished or furnishing-negotiable are excluded site-wide.
What is the minimum stay for a furnished seasonal rental in Boca Raton?
It varies by listing. Across active furnished seasonal rentals in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Highland Beach, verified minimum stays commonly start at 90 days, with many at 120 or 150 days and some longer, annual-leaning terms. The engine shows the verified minimum on each listing and lets you filter by 90, 120, 150, or 180+ days.
What do “Verified,” “As listed,” and “Term not confirmed” mean?
Verified means the listing’s term signals agree. As listed means there is one clear source for the term. Term not confirmed means the data is missing or conflicting — the listing is still shown, but the term is presented as a range and confirmed for you by our concierge rather than asserted as fact.
How is this different from Zillow, Realtor.com, or the MLS?
Those sites repeat the minimum-stay term exactly as it was typed into the listing — including typos and blanks — with no verification or confidence labeling, and they mix furnished with unfurnished. The Intelligent Engine verifies the term across multiple signals, labels its confidence, shows only furnished homes, and never hides a listing; anything unconfirmed becomes a concierge confirmation.
What does it cost to use the Intelligent Engine?
Searching is free. When you find a stay, a licensed REALTOR® concierge confirms the term, answers your questions, and handles the lease at no cost to you as the renter.
What areas does the Intelligent Engine cover?
Furnished seasonal rentals in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Highland Beach, Florida, with more South Florida communities being added.
