Every applicant completes a full application including background check, credit review, and rental history verification. We also confirm they meet your HOA’s specific requirements before submission.
Placement timeline depends on the season, your building, and pricing. Most properties in prime buildings are placed within 2 to 6 weeks of listing. We recommend listing by July for the following season.
Yes. We manage the entire HOA submission process — application forms, supporting documents, and follow-up. We know the approval requirements for most Highland Beach and Boca Raton communities.

Absolutely. Our listings are seasonal — typically November through April. You retain full access to your property during the off-season. We can also discuss shorter-term arrangements if needed.
